Learn my qualifications, experiences - both personal and professional- and my commitment to this work...
Hi. I'm Kaylee (she/ her).
I am passionate about education and empowerment. I am fueled by people asking questions so that they can get the answers they need in order to harness the power source they are.
With over a decade of experience, I have been fortunate enough to learn and grow at world-renowned hospitals with a diverse population of people. medically complex and very fragile people helping them to regain independence, despite it looking a bit different. I have supported people in the most challenging, raw, and vulnerable times of their lives, a place no one ever wishes to find themselves or a loved one. And time and time again I found myself hearing from patients and family members that I was the hope and calm in those moments.
Many women come to me after they have seen multiple practitioners and have not felt heard. I have also supported women as they are going through the medical system to remain embodied when they are advocating for themselves. (Read more about embodiment here)
I want more connected, inclusive, holistic, and patient- led health/ wellness for all of the future generations to come. During my pregnancies and postpartum (we are always postpartum), I found myself using my extensive knowledge about joints, muscles, neuroscience, ergonomics, functional activities, mental health, and exercises. I attempted my best to incorporate all of this understanding into everyday activities because who has time for anything else?! You do not have time for more, but you do have time to be more aware and present in your day, leading you to a more successful and happier you.
I am here to help you prepare your body, your pelvic bowl, your root of the feminine for you to gain a deeper understanding of your body to lead you to harness the power you hold within. Any phase of the body journey you are entering into, it can be with inquisitive curiosity vs. the dread that so many of us do
Women know their bodies best and it is time they have the confidence to listen to them and ask medical professionals to do the same. Women's minds are full. It's a journey of looking inward so we can grow.
I am honored to join you on your journey.
Non-professional aspects but things that definitely come into my work.... I love adventuring with my two kids and husband- anything outdoors. Mountain biking is my favorite, hiking, skiing/ snowboarding, yoga, walking, listening to bird song, and exploring nature. I have been known to dabble in pottery and writing (you can find some of that here). I love reading, learning, and researching and empowering women to find their voice! I love all people and want everyone to have the best quality of life.
