Throughout each session I will be providing you with the education you need to feel empowered to work with your body and mind in order to promote healing, strength, and wellness.  I will ensure you can integrate these tools into activities you are already doing so that you can feel confident you can make these adjustments.

  • Reconnect, reground and recenter 
  • Feel confident in what you are doing now (the positions you hold throughout your day- work posture, home posture etc.) can positively impact your labor process
  • Birth prep
    • Let's explore what you really want out of birth and beyond- I love to collaborate with doulas and midwives!
    • Previous or recent trauma (either birth from micro tear to loss and in between OR other trauma)  can set the tone for your mothering journey it's essential to calm the nervous system and address the underlying systems
    •  Let's talk about care plans and what you need to know to survive your first few weeks after birth
      • I come to you during the first few weeks to help you address any concerns that you have
    •  How do I connect with my powersource to birth this baby?!
    • Somehow we are expected to DO IT ALL while we are growing a human and then after we have birthed a human...I am here to support you on that journey and empower you to take the space you need to heal ​
